Making a Difference

Redirection Community Development Center (CDC) is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2011. We are dedicated to providing quality programs for our youth and young adults. Through our commitment to service, we are transforming our community and changing the lives of those touched by our programs. With the support of our dedicated volunteers and staff, we strive to create a meaningful impact year after year. Our success is not measured solely by facts and figures, but by the smiles on the faces of those we serve. Join us and be a part of the difference we are making.

Redirection Community Development Center (CDC) is a non-profit organization located at 204 E Arlington Blvd Suite C, Greenville, NC 27858.

L.I.F.T. (Living In Faith Today) This program is designed for young women that will essentially be used to continue to keep them encouraged and focused on a path to success. Participants will be assigned to age-appropriate groups and topics.

 

M.O.V.E. (Men Of Vision and Endurance) This program is designed for young men that will essentially be used to continue to keep them encouraged and focused on a path to success. Participants  will be assigned to age-appropriate groups and topics.

 

REIGN (Re-entry) This program is designed for returning citizens that have been released from incarceration within the last 180 days or currently on probation or parole within the last 180 days. The returning citizen will have the opportunity to receive job training, housing assistance, counseling to include family, groups, mentorship (including staff and peers), and substance abuse. Education (GED and others) and Spiritual Formation.

 

Entrepreneurship Mindset

Ice House is designed to inspire and engage you in the fundamental aspects of an entrepreneurial mindset, its universal application, and the unlimited opportunities it can provide.
From preparing participants to become workforce-ready graduates or next-generation innovators to elevating the entrepreneurial thinking of the existing workforce.

Overall, the goal is to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of program participants, providing them with the tools and mindset needed to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Measure success through personal growth, increased self-confidence, and tangible accomplishments in education, employment, and community engagement.
